ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Since 1998, we have been a staple of veterinary care in Pickerington with the goal of providing excellent care, and state of the art medicine to our patients. We are a family owned and run practice.

Our Mission

The goals of our practice are to provide excellent care for our patients and clients, and to educate our clients to help them make the best choices to provide for their pets. We do this in a clean, modern hospital, and strive to have the best level of service.

History

In 2007, Dr. Jeff Shields took over ownership of Cross Creeks Animal Hospital, and he began practicing in Pickerington, Ohio. The practice continued to grow over time and in 2013 Dr. Ben Shields, the son of Dr. Jeff, joined the practice. In 2022 we were blessed with the addition of Dr. Julia Rose-Shields. She is married to Dr. Jeff’s youngest son, Jared (who is also a practicing veterinarian in central Ohio). Since that time all three doctors have worked hard to continue to offer the highest quality care.
